Ongage is searching for a hunter by nature to perform as a SDR, for an exciting position in a rapidly growing online marketing software company.
The SDR is responsible for creating Sales Qualified Leads that build pipeline for the sales organization. You will be engaging with outbound prospective customers (‘leads’) as their first sales point of contact, using web inquiries, proactive marketing campaigns, social media channels and outgoing calls.
We are seeking driven individuals, who have current experience in a similar role and are experienced in a B2B outbound lead-qualification environment.
- Conduct Initial research to identify the best candidates to approach
- Approaching prospects through multiple channels, including emails, social media and cold calls, while utilizing Internet information sources
- Follow touchpoint cadence and meet response targets for outbound leads
- Achieve monthly quota of qualified leads passed to sales team.
- Implementation of sales technologies and automation tools to assist in lead generation effort
- Learn and demonstrate a solid understanding of the Company technology
- At least 2 years’ experience in inbound \ outbound and B2B sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English- Mother tongue – advantage
- Cold calling experience (in English) – advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of the online business – advantage
- Outstanding time management skills and willingness to put in extra hours to get the work done
- Willing to work on USA time
- Proactive, Methodological, well Organized with strong self-management skills
