Front end for:

SMTP Relays & Infrastructures

SMTP relays offer a cost-effective solution for email marketers, but often lack the front-end features that enable professionals to control the campaigns and gain reporting insights. By adding Ongage’s user-friendly front-end on to the cost-effective powerful deliverability of an SMTP relay’s back-end, marketers can easily and effectively manage their email marketing operations.

Email Service Providers

Ongage offers built-in connectivity to a list of leading email service providers. Manage several providers from one intuitive front-end interface. The combination of Ongage’s fully-featured front end and the email service providers’ backend thereby creates an email operation that is powerful, insightful, and actionable.

On-Premise MTAs/SMTP Relays

High-volume mail marketers who value the customizability, control, and configurability options available only with on-premise email marketing solutions no longer have to compromise on features. By coupling the powerful back-end of an on-premise MTA with the front-end offered by Ongage, you benefit from the best of both worlds.

Connectivity to over 40 email delivery vendors and on-premise email solutions

The Ongage platform offers email marketers the ability to easily select the best performing email delivery providers (ESP, SMTP Relay, or MTA), for each recipient domain (aol.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.fr, etc.), campaign or segment they are emailing to. Ongage enables managing all of this, from one convenient user-friendly platform.

Email Delivery Provider Routing

The Ongage platform allows email marketers to seamlessly route emails through ESPs, SMTP Relays, and MTAs. You can create segments based on email domain (Internet Service Provider), such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail and AOL, and route emails with a certain domain through a specific delivery provider. For example, if you have discovered from our reports that you get much better Gmail deliverability with SMTP.com, you can send all Gmail domain emails through that provider.

Segment Routing

With Ongage you can also easily route your messages by target audience and segment. Create segments based on email activity type, customer activity level and more. For example, send transactional emails with a cost-effective email delivery provider and promotional emails with a specialist one, to significantly cut costs. Or email your most loyal and engaged customers with one provider, and keep separate your activity with less engaged customer segments by using a different provider, ensuring top deliverability for your most important customers.

Continuous Optimization

During your initial setup, you can consult with our email specialist team to decide on the best email delivery provider combination tailored to your specific needs. But achieving the perfect fit doesn’t stop there. You can continuously test different routing options and get full visibility on how each provider has performed with our one-of-a-kind Matrix report, comparing benchmarks such as open and click-through rates by email delivery provider, indicating better inbox placement. Once you have the full picture, you can create rules which will automatically route the emails based on the optimal setup you have defined.
