Assaf Ben Asher Co-Founder & Active Chairman

Assaf Ben-Asher co-founded Cyhawk Ventures in 2001 and serves as General Partner at Cyhawk. Since his early teen years, Assaf has had a range of successful online businesses – from affiliate marketing to security products and media management. This experience has given him an innate view of what the online market is looking for, and how to successfully create and market such businesses. Assaf uses this knowledge to help lead Cyhawk in new and exciting directions. Perfectly poised to spot true innovative, ground-breaking ideas that heal the market's hurt, Assaf helped create Cyhawk’s solid foundation of portfolio companies. He is the driving force behind Cyhawk’s business strategy - using his vision, he continues to move ahead and pioneer new exciting verticals.

Ofer Shani Co-Founder & CEO

Prior to his current position, he served as Cyhawk's COO. Before he joined Cyhawk, Ofer was the CTO of Telemesser (computerized marketing operations), Director of Software Development at 888 and VP of Research and Development at JobInfo. With experience in successfully spearheading large development groups, Ofer has proved his hands-on approach to technical operations.

Ofer holds a B.A in Computer Science and an M.A. in Business Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ofer Sapir Chief Architect

Ofer Sapir brings over 15 years of broad experience in software development, including over 8 years in web and database information systems. Ofer Sapir has been part of the Cyhawk group for over 5 years and has lead many of the group's technological ventures. Prior to his involvement with the group, Ofer worked as a senior developer at an E-commerce start-up.

Ofer holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.

Danny Tal VP Sales & Business Development

Prior to his current position, Danny was CEO at Getty Images offices in Israel. His experience includes over 10 years in sales, marketing, business development and management, serving a wide variety of industries. Danny is a people oriented focused leader, driven by collaborative selling environments and has a proven track record for creating, developing and executing winning sales, marketing strategies and strategic partnerships.

Danny holds a B.A in Social Science from Tel Aviv University.
